Completed in 2007, this incredible Ojai estate sits on over two acres of countryside nestled into the base of the foothills of the Los Padres National Forest. Located
within walking distance to Ojai's downtown area, parks and hiking
trails, Villa Ojai is a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel for a quiet weekend escape or for a family vacation.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious great room with a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line modern appliances, radiant floor heating, granite counters and dining area.
Three sets of French doors lead onto the large covered patio with outdoor fireplace for outdoor living, dining and entertaining.
Designer bathrooms have over-sized soaking tubs and/or showers. The master bedroom suite has a fireplace, screened-in sleeping porch and private outdoor shower.
All bedrooms have French doors which lead onto the patio area.
The house also features high speed wireless internet access, cable television, DVD player and washer/dryer. The house and grounds are elder-friendly.
Linens and towels included.
THE BUNGALOW
A separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, private bungalow with full kitchen is also available.
The living room and bedroom of the Bungalow both have French doors which lead onto a private patio and garden area with a hammock and outdoor fire pit.
The Bungalow has a fireplace and radiant floor heating, and also features high speed wireless internet access, cable television, DVD player and washer/dryer facilities.
Bungalow rental can be separate or combined with rental of the main house.

THE ACTIVITY ROOM
The Activity Room is a large open-space room (approx. 40' x 25') that can be used for a variety of activities. It includes restroom facilities and radiant floor heating, as well as French doors that open onto the outdoor patio. Additional rates apply.

Villa Ojai is located steps away from some of the best hiking trails in Ojai, and within walking distance to town. Also within walking distance, or a 5 minute drive: Libbey Park, Soule Park Golf Course, Lake Casitas (amazing place!), Matilija Canyon, Ojai Valley Inn, exclusive hot springs, museums, art galleries, wonderful restaurants, shopping and more! Many festivals of all genres of music and art visit Ojai's Libbey Park and Lake Casitas during the year.

We are happy to arrange for you to preview your stay at Villa Ojai. Tours are by appointment only, and are dependent on the availability of the property -- please call at least 48 hours in advance to schedule.

RENTAL POLICIES
Check-in: 3:00pm.
Check-out: 11:00am.
Pets: We are Pet Friendly. Please Inquire for Pet Rates.
Quiet time: In consideration of our neighbors, 10:00pm is “neighbor-friendly quiet time”. No outside music or loud noise after 10:00pm please.
Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due five (5) business days prior to arrival.
An additional security deposit may be required depending on duration and nature of stay.
Company and/or Personal Checks accepted. Credit cards accepted via PayPal, subject to 3% PayPal service fee.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Written notification is required for cancellation.
If written notification received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, any refund is subject to our ability to re-rent the property.
If the property is not re-rented, no monies will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all payments, less a $150 cancellation fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented.
No monies refunded in the event of an early departure.
No-shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation.
Cancellation policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions.
